Dog Eat Patches

My moms box of 25 mcg/hr fentanyl patches accidentally fell off shelf and my 10 pound dog got it and chewed it up into pieces. There were 4 three day patches in the box not sure how much she ingested. But she is asleep and breathing very shallow can't get her to stay awake . can this kill her.

Yes it can kill her. Take her to the vet immediately !!!!! This is so serious if she even were to just lick one patch it could kill her. 10lbs is little. Please take her to the dr ASAP!!!!
