Does Valparin Chrono 300mg Reduces Memory Power?

I was asked to take valparin chrono 300mg by my doctor. I have been taking 2 tablets a day one in the morning and one at night.
I was one of the best students in my class and aways got a commended report when i was 16. But after i started taking those tablets my grades started decreasing and i cant remembr most of the things which i studied.im 19 now.
