The tablet with the M2A 57344 marking is manufactured by Physican Partner and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is a dosage that is available over the counter and does not contain Codeine, it is a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.
