Does 'peak Height' Really Work To Increase Height

Hi, I'm 20 years old and 5.4". I want to increase 4-5". Can 'peak height' can help me? Or if not can you please suggest some medicine name to do it...

Hi Rejesh,

While I think "peak height" is probably a decent joint/bone health supplement based on the list of ingredients, I also think the idea of taking pills to grow taller is a big scam.

Genetically, I feel that we should love & accept who we are and how God/The Universe made us. At 20 years old, there probably isn't much room for growth as it is. I despise sketchy products like "peak height" that give false hope.

The best advice I could give you is to exercise daily - whether it be cardio, stretching, yoga, pilates, swimming, rebounding, etc... Regular physical activity produces growth hormones to ensure that your body reaches its peak genetic potential.

Lastly, trust that you are made the way you are for a reason and be proud of who you are!

Yeah man be happy the way you are. Short people are quicker, more flexible and and can fit in small places. Just embrace it.
