Does One Injection Affect You From Falling Pregnant

Hi. Wud like to get some info on the two month nustrate injection. I went for the shot only once in my life. I didn't go back again. I bleed for three weeks the first month but it was lighter than normal. I only spotted a day the following month. I didn't get my period again and month has passed by. Could I be pregnant?
