I'm fixing to be put on probation for sum drug related charges (take note I was helping a friend and she set me up) but it was suboxone I got in trouble with that I had a prescription for and i got kicked out of the doctor so I've been taking neurontin 300-400mg to come off of them. Will neurontin show up in a drug test if they test for stuff like suboxone?

My parole office does 7-12 and 15 panel tests. I been getting the 15 panel ones. Not sure about nurotins, but I was 8 days clean on subs detoxing as much as possible. just water, cranberry juice and vitamins. Still showed hot for subs. He let me come back 3 days later to retake it, I was still hot. I was taking 1 a day, from time to time 2 a day. 12 days after last dosing still hot so be careful. plus the cups aren't labeled what's being tested for, not that you can see anyhow, but the PO knows. I believe so u don't know what's being tested for so u don't try and beat the tests or get around em. So be careful.

My tests I get don't show on the cup what is what. It's just 15 panels and the parole officer knows what's what. I thinks it's a way to keep people from beating tests and seeing what they do and don't test for. Subs showed up on mine even after 8 days without taking any. He gave me 3 more days to take another one and it still showed up and I derided as much as possible, I was a water pump and subs are water sulable. So just be careful.

Neurontin will not show up. It is a nerve pain medicine also helps with seizures. Not an opiate! Just tricks the brain receptors into think it is, thats why it helps with withdrawal.Ive been on them for years along with subs and there is no problem. None of my doctors have ever said anything about being on them, they are ok to mix. Hope this helps! Good luck

Does anybody know if board of probation and parole test for neurontin ? It is an in office cup test and I'm pretty sure it's 12 panels.... This is 2015 an I've been advised neurontin is a scheduled narcotic now... Please help!!! Need an updated answer.

You will be fine with neurotin. I take even with subs and dr never brought up that it showed on a 12 panel test

Be careful...when they test for things like suboxone, believe you me that they will test for EVERYTHING!

I never got an answer on here but my mom said they do not show up on a drug test cuz she takes neurontins also and i got tested in court so thankfully my charges got dropped
