Does Lyrica Help For Neuropathy?
UpdatedHave neuropathy in feet. Take 2400 mgs a gabapentin daily. Would lyrica help>

It may help you more than the Gabapentin does, but there's no way to say for sure, you'd have to try it and see.
It is a very similar medication, Lyrica contains the active ingredient Pregabalin, which is also an anticonvulsant that's been shown to help with certain types of nerve pain and some mood disorders. Side effects typically include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, weight changes and mood swings.
