Does Anyone Know Of Any Drs In Northern Nj Paterson Pasaic Bergen County Area Who Will Prescribe Endocet #10s Thank You

I am desperately looking for a Dr in northern NJ Paterson Pasaic Bergen County area who are willing to prescribe Endocet #10s I would prefer one that accepts Medicaid insurance but at this point I would be willing to pay cash I am in extreme pain from an automobile accident back in 2007 and I have been on them since that time except for situations like now where the Dr says this is the last time I can give you your medication I have been to around 8 DRs that seem to just stop giving them at a point then I need to find another DR and I'm running out of DRs and patience can anyone please help me out thank you very much for your help.

Hello, Phillyboy! How are you? I'm sorry that you're in pain.

If you require such a medication on a long-term ongoing basis, you'll need to see a pain management specialist, due to the new regulations that were set forth by the DEA last year. If you've been seeing general practitioners then that explains the problem, they can only prescribe them for about 3 months, before they have stop.

Do you have a PCP that you've seen recently that might be able to refer you to a specialist? If so, that might be the quickest and easiest way to find the help you need.

Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area?

The FDA lists this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
