Does Antibiotics Affect My Periods And Remove Fibroids?
UpdatedI have symptoms of fibroids but the doctor gave me antibiotics of doxycycline and metronidazole, for 5 days treatment. My periods was suppose to start 2 days back but not yet. 2. Is this antibiotics help to remove fibroids and become pregnant.

Most antibiotics can cause your period to be late, according to NIH reports. They may also cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
However, no they will not with fibroids, or fertility issues.
