Does Acetaminophen Contain Aspirin?

I am on warfarin and I cannot take anything that thins blood. I am having trouble finding out if tylenol has aspirin in it. Please respond.

No, Acetaminophen is the active ingredient in them, there is no Aspirin in it.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache.

Are you on any other medications?
