Does Zohydro Work Good For Back Pain Longterm

Hello I'm wondering if my 20mg oxycontin stopped working cause I been on it for yrs should I be honest an tell him cause I need a 12hr med to go with my oxycodone ir 15mg an the only drug lefted for me to try would be zohydro has anyone got this medicine an does it help with pain as good as it says it does any info will help thanks Kenneth

Thanks for the fast reply my doctor has actually been seeing me since I was born our little town only has around 3000residents its like little house on the prairie only 1doctor an office my pm doctors sent him a recommendation to be able to treat me for pain an he has the requirements to do so cause if not each month I'd have to drive 4hrs round trip so he really understands me an my pain as I'm 38yrs old with a spine of an 80yr old but I have been on about every pain med non pain meds all the mgs an that was something that he really don't want to keep upping my mgs since I'm required to be on pain meds the rest of my life cause of no surgery one is due to my age an like my spine doctor said you are walking now lets leave it that way an do pain meds from here on out so at one time my tolerance was over 500mg of opiates everyday for 10yrs I took pain an Subutex for a year on my own will to lower my tolerance an I did so far I'm on 2 20mg oxycontin an 4 15mg roxycodone ir so now the oxy don't work I called my insurance covers oxymorphone or called opana so that's the pain med that I'm going to get switched to an he will cause he don't want to up the oxy thanks Kenneth
