Does Zifi 200 Cefixime Taken 4 Days Before Ovulation Affects Health Of Ovum Or The Zygote Produced In Concieving?

i am 29 years old.i have 28 day cycle and first day of the last period was on 1st of may this month.on 6th may i felt some symptoms of uti ( as i felt one time before) and on a doctor friends advice took one capsule niftran (nitrofurintoin..ranbaxy) on 6th and one on 7th.I showed a gynaecologist and she asked me to get the urine routine & culture done and suggested zifi 200(cefixime) twice a day which i started taking from 7th evening till 10th morning.
i got the report of urine culture to find no infection at all on 10th may

from 10th afternoon till now i am not taking any aniboitic
my expected ovulation date is today that is 14th may and wished to concieve this month so had unprotected intercource today

my question is that
does nitrofurintoin or zifi 200 affect the quality of the ovum produced .
and if today that is on 14th conception has happened will these antiboitics taken earlier(from 6th to 10 may) can affect the health of the embyo

i wish to take no risk ...and if there could nbe a risk i donot mind taking i pill to avoid pregenecy

my gynacologist who suggested zifi in place of niftran said that before ovulation such antiboitics doesnt affect the health of the ovum...abd asked me that you can concieve
.but one of the doctor friend said nitrofurintoin stays in the body for 7 days and asked to skip this month for concieving
also zifi 200 is written at may places in google that its pregnency catagory B and may be avoided for someone who is trying to concieve

i am not taking any medicine from 10 afternoon till date as i donot have any infection or uti which i wrongly feared on 6th
