The difference between Cinnarizine 75 and 25, is simply the dosage being 75mg or 25mg. From what I can tell it is available via prescription or over-the-counter and I believe that this is determined by the dosage, but I have not been able to verify that.

If it is available in your area, your local pharmacies should carry it or at least be able to mail order it per your request.

Have you checked at any pharmacies just yet?
