I can't seem to find a photograph of the pill, but I can confirm that your blue capsule imprinted with "R 3060" is identified as Amphetamine + Dextroamphetamine extended release 20 mg.
These ones are manufactured by Actavis Elizabeth LLC, so yes, they are real. Manufacturers can also change the look of a pill without any prior notice. So it's difficult to say whether or not these blue ones are commonly prescribed among the other color(s).

Yes, the Actavis generic for Adderall XR 20 mg is an all-blue capsule, with the imprint R 3060, and with only white beads in it. I just picked up my Adderall prescription today, and I received some of both versions. Shire's generic 20 mg XR is solid orange with orange and white beads in it, but Actavis's version has no orange-colored beads.
It's worth noting that I noticed the Actavis blue capsules seemed to be a little less full than the other brand, but I haven't had them long enough to know if there is a noticeable difference in strength or quality.
