What are all the side effects of plavix or clavix? Could any E.D. problem occur due to this?

Yes, any medication like this can cause erectile dysfunction. Ultimately, you need increased blood flow, these medications thin the blood, so thus, you do not get the needed blood flow. As to Viagra, please remember it is not a miracle drug, it can help, but will not make you instantly erect and turned on, you will still need the normal stimulation!
