Hi Chi,
I'm very sorry to hear about your daughter's condition. According to NIH.gov, "Oxycodone by itself has not been linked to serum enzyme elevations during therapy or to clinically apparent liver injury." However, they go on to note that the combination of oxycodone with acetaminophen is linked to many cases of acute liver failure caused by an unintentional overdose of acetaminophen.

Having said this, my theory is that OxyContin isn't the culprit.
Is your daughter taking anything else or undergoing chemo? I hope she makes a full recovery.
