I was advised to take 1 'Nerveup' OD capsule per day, when I complained to my doctor about the memory lapses that I have been experiencing. It has been two months now since I first started consuming this. Does it help to combat memory lapses and will it also have any impact on ED?

Nervup OD is just a nutritional supplement that contains Folic Acid, Methylcobalamin, Pyridoxine and Alpha-Lipoic Acid, so other than preventing or treating deficiencies in the vital nutrients it contains, it's not actually proven to treat anything.
How old are you?
