Since I started taking these pills 200 mg a day, I am always sick to my stomach and vomiting and terrible nightmares. Is this normal side effects?

These can be normal side effects of Metoprolol, along with dizziness and headache.

It should start to taper off, as your body adjusts to the medication. However, if it does not, be sure to alert your doctor.

Have you reported these side effects to them, yet?
