The actual drug ingredient in this is Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that's also used to treat certain types of nerve pain and some mood disorders.

And it is listed as being pregnancy category C, which means that animal studies have shown there is some risk to the baby, when it's been taken by a pregnant mother.
