Will adipex test positive for any signs of drug in my urin drug test??

Adipex contains the active ingredient Phentermine and it may cause a false positive for Amphetamines, since it is related to them.

However, if you have a prescription for it, then you simply need to make sure you inform them of this, when you go in for the test.

If l took 1 adipex at 12:45 pm on Friday and have a urine drug test at 11:00 am on Monday will it show up in my urine, that's the only one I have ever taken

Did u pass your test?? I just took my test this morning. And I took one phentermine 2 days ago. My situation seems just like yours. I won't know till Monday if I passed or not :/... Please let me know if u passed..

I took 2 adipex on Saturday morning and failed drug test Thursday evening. It showed up phentermine.
