My pain Dr.had me on 30mg. of morphine sulfate 3 times per day & switched me to 50 mcg. Fentanyl patches at 1 every 3 days.The morphine was keeping me up at night & did'nt seem to ease the pain.Second day on the patch & it does'nt stop the pain either any suggestions will be truely appreciated..Thanx

I have taken all of those and still in pain but I'm on 15 mg of morphine. I was also on percocet 10 mg and still with the pain . Now the gonna try with needles. I go to a place called The Pain Clinic

I just needed to know, if I ran out of 75mcg fentanyl patches, how would 30 mg morphine work out comparison?

Trans-dermal Fentanyl, and its analgesic effect, is highly dependent on bio-availability (i.e., an individuals skins ability-rate of absorption through the skin: to fast or to slowly), thus mcg dosage adjustment and/or time between patch replacement, etc..
