BL,

I wrote you a very honest and in depth reply.

I due to the comp/insurer/employer was sabotaged and clearly he fell prey, he produced a very bad new treatment plan reducing me against his own research to less than 5% which is one of the clear indications of sudden death. I was registered under California Intractable Pain Act legislation as one of the most legitimate and worse rare cases he ever treated. You must be registered in California for the treatment I received.

Suddenly down that low and generic which I am allergic to. Bad situation.

Your call.

Posters,

I am in dire straits my employer/WC insurer has now contacted referrals telling them not to take me I have won against them in Court and legally this is murder however, I'm throwing a few more referrals from patient fusion who have over 100 positive reviews just follow my instructions dress business like, no hysterics, be willing to work with them and no dirty UA's get yourself in and pray to the God I believe in for help until the FDA 120 mg. morphine equivalent stops scaring physicians we are in crisis and also Odumma has to go.

INDIANA there are not many. She is black with over 100 reviews. You can go to fusion and make an appointment online:

Ok for the lady in Kentucky, I'm running a search now and honey I know what you go through I'm housebound, and went from 600 mcg/hour Duragesic every 24 hours to 150 mcg/hour due to my own ability to put aside as was told by Dr. Famous but I am suffering and will be dead in weeks. Say a prayer for me too.

For the lady in Kentucky, the DEA did a clear out of 3 states including Alabama which is STILL FULL of even family physicians allowed to do pain ok. There is a clinic there you can look up online called Tennesee Pain Clinic with two great Texas physicians and two others that do very good pain management. They have a pharmacy right there at the hospital to fill your medications.

Now Nashville, TN is all I got because the Kentucky doctors listed had NO reviews. I will not give you one of those, they are likely no good:

Ric Adkins, MD
Pain Medicine

I hope that helps someone peace out.

BL,

The WC situation is behind part of my situation. As you know WC regulations are different in every state in America. Many years ago when I had the catastrophic injury Judicial Law at the highest level in the state that I won't identify here at least (private is different ok) that I had 100% medical award for life. Now indemnity in every state differs; for example Texas is 2 years from your injury. That is why so many in Texas who are serious must file for permanent disability for bad injury.

I am working with Dr. Joey on private in order I do not die. It is highly important that if I do die that it is well documented so that others in every state under WC which has the highest SUICIDE rate of any insurance in America due to the poor treatment and demands put on the injured worker who is already proven to be legitimate you cannot get benefits for this without investigation. So even someone on WC for a more minor situation might get suicidal they are treated so badly.

I have weathered the storm. In mid August the Judicial court demanded the employer/insurer immediately get a panel of pain specialists willing to take my case. They cannot contest my medical award UNTIL I decide to settle it. They know as of seven years ago I will only settle the medical claim with medication ANNUITY and you already know what my medications SHOULD be running and a demand persona settlement. Due to the high amount that also demands a MSA or Medicare set aside.

With this in mind I believe the very team of employer/insurer that tried to end my life when my doctor in Houston died and fought against Dr. Famous contacted him for the one party who is the most DEVIANT and if you believe in God WILL NOT enter heaven due to the thousands who die due to her decisions in over 30 years and mind you she is not medically licensed just a HS diploma but has as things go due to WC being allowed to abuse claimants worked over 30 years doing this. She went to this physician and he of course is in another state. He had no clue for he did not pay attention to me going to court to win him after the death of my other physician. I sent him the legal brief that won him it was 42 pages. Mind you I must go up against the Attorney General in this state and I have won across the board and I at the time of this injury was an employee of the State also--I still am legally for Judicial determined this unlawful termination. You cannot fire someone out on WC when they attempt to work which I did. The only reason I worked for my alma mater is I was accepted into the Executive MSHA program which only accepts 10 physicians and 10 'other' yearly and for in state the tuition back then was still $20,000 plus pretty high.

Well Dr. Famous yelled he did not want to read this brief which he should have. His temper goes up and down, it is very difficult to deal with. I had a physician for 10 years who was gentle also a psychiatrist of high magnitude for 40 years and a PM for 30 at the time. He was early in his career BL for your interest assigned out in California to do the forensics for Charles Manson, he was that good as a young man. And not Dr. F who is only a GP by specialty his reputation is what along with fame and notoriety and documentary television appearances enhanced the fame. His research is great but so is mine if I live to continue it.

So the evil monster who fought for this state employer/insurer against Dr. Famous being my next treating physician is literally when he emails me copied on email as 'insurance adjuster' which I f***in blew a nut and I am female. I proceed to inform him 'why is so and so in contact with you what is going on' and so forth. Bottom line is right before this we were all sent over 30 pages of new forms to fill out for California. When Jerry Brown was just Attorney General he was raising hell for good physicians and so forth. I was certified just so you know in 2010 to fall under California's Intractable Pain Act as so severe and rare that without high dose opioids death would occur. I continue to fall under that legislative title or regulatory handle. Because my deceased physician stood his ground always when the employer/insurer raised hell and taught me how to handle them I had hoped Dr. Famous would have this ability after all he is so brilliant you know and really BL at this point I am so fed up, have been left housebound, fought the system for close to 20 years for mileage which I was due and tried to work as you know raising cane with the SSDI which should be working itself out now. I am reinstated due to medical and that should God willing work itself out. The system also paid part of the mileage on that ruling in August I had to ask for review on that for ACTUAL for it is tens of thousands.

Instead of providing the panel nothing they asked for review trying now to send me to an IME quack they said Dr. Famous referred. The monster we will call this party who fought Dr. Famous in 2010 which again if he took the time to read the legal brief that won him for my physician and took me countless time to research, cite my own references as an attorney does and so forth he would have seen the ENEMY by name and recognized this.

For example when I had my second visit the assigned adjuster called him seeing on the note 'she can die at any time she is the most legitimate and rare case I have seen in many years; her adrenals are shutting down this pain is Central and imprinted in the brain she has suffered relentlessly for too long.' The adjuster calls and says 'why keep someone who you say will die from this pain alive the medications are so expensive.' Back then I asked him 'what did you say' he replied, 'it is the right thing to do.'

Never did I anticipate he might play both sides. I can recognize, smell, and fight an IME blind folded. They sent me to a great physician around say 2008 from Baylor Dallas a director and he literally concurred 100% with my treatment under the deceased physician as a real physician should. Even a paid physician doing this was amazing. A good thing.

Well I had done my 30 pages they were sent back to California and I know my paperwork for the state was in order. They have made it very hard for the out of state patients. Further I hate saying this BL but it needs to be said for if I die a few of you know who this really is, and can find out if I die due to all this what to do and go public on this story. It is the only grace for the tens of thousands I have done written referrals for throughout the world pro bono to prevent suicide due to their intractable pain. I have done this for I feel God gave me the talents I have and when this injury occurred there are others without help who needed it. Now I too fall into the category of immediate need.

I believe he fell prey to this female and her line of proverbial s***. She saw the high cost of medications and I warned them they should settle like five years ago as the costs of medications increased immensely. I am not here to further argue to you why as I do have inside contacts BL that I cannot relinquish just as I've worked government before ok. I've had federal clearance I know who I know.

I believe he fell prey as an innocent does. This woman calls stating she is concerned about this claimant in her killing little voice and then convinces him which is a LIE that there are limits on my medication payments. Many people with private insurance have this so why would he know that mine is 100% for LIFE whatever my treating physician writes for they cannot touch with a ten foot f***ing pole. He should have listened for the few he came out of retirement to treat because when my other physician died there were 300 of us serious cases throughout the U.S. who lost the Houston provider ok.

He knows I am highly allergic to generic. I have shown ya'll that the generic patches have far less Fentanyl then brand but I have over 390 allergies many to fillers, dyes, flavors for example in generics and my P450 DNA disallows pills I metabolize them in minutes so no benefit at all. I am highly allergic to silicone and latex both of which are listed on the matrix generic patches...

So suddenly a treatment plan after talking to this Monster from the employer/insurer reducing me to less than 5% of my dosage and GENERIC on patches! He did release 30 out of state patients BL but I was asked to accept a treatment plan that was unacceptable. If I wanted to commit suicide I would do it in the fast car I drive and on so much OD that I would never make it out alive I'd blow up in a heart beat. I have fought to live now 10 months without his care. He did it seems talk to both sides for he always had us put aside a percentage. As you can surmise by the person you've already seen I am I DID THIS, and had enough medication to taper down awaiting court decisions for I had to take these idiots back to the system the Judicial court which again went in my favor. In August that panel should have been given 100% whether they wanted a review or not.

Now BL you want dirty as dirty can be. We both know how hard it is for people to get pain management. The FDA suggestion is killing us as it stands. I did see the physician in Houston with health issues and he wrote a small amount of patches albeit generic so I have not touched them and cannot. I have over 200 generic patches that are sitting in my possession due to my allergic reaction. Most are now expired I do wish they could benefit me but right now they cannot. This physician had referred me to several perhaps four good physicians so I sent records and was following up to get in. Well I drove into Houston the other day was denied being SEEN with some excuse that I had Medicare well duh you knew that when you set me up, and something told me to call the physician who had seen me one time.

Without written release remember they did not pay this physician I went to him on my own they CALLED HIM and got the other physicians I was referred to. The Monster called them and stated I could not be seen that they had a treating physician in the other state which when I visited this physician once when they LIED and said he'd write my medications and I told them I was seeing him one time only for medications that once discharged from a physician they could not do legally a referral or otherwise, I was nearly killed. I will not post the details but there is proof and the Judicial system is aware of it.

I received before an emergency informal phone conference with a Judge and the Attorney General on my behalf two phone calls warning me that they had placed private investigators in my housing, that one had entered my car, that there were video cameras. In Texas this is illegal as you know. They warned me to be careful well I should never have gone to see the QUACK for I was poisoned and the driver called the Monster when he picked me up in Houston to drive me home for I started vomiting he counted over five bags of bile and blood vomit in his vehicle and he wanted to take me to Baylor ER. Her reply was 'take her and dump her.' He broke the law and dumped me. Apparently the quack told me he was doing a neuo diagnostic to smell this fluid in a bottle and it likely was Narcan. Yes the Quack knew I was wearing Duragesic and on Oxy liquid yes he did. He also submitted labs that were predated a day before I even flew into the state. They were clear of course BL other then Duragesic, and my other legal medications but the date was wrong. We are seeking a lawyer for medical malpractice.

I do know that perhaps the 30 released did not meet full criteria for the California Intractable Pain Act but I do. I have been in contact with the physician on several issues so you know. It is very difficult to travel that distance for many years as I have especially when the system was not paying properly as they should. We shall see for now they are committing murder. They are ignoring totally the first Judicial order and now preventing the few physicians I've found in Texas to treat me.

The last problem is I am tapered so low I do not know if I can even make it over to Baton Rouge, Slidell, or New Orleans. I just cannot do it. Otherwise I'd have gotten the ID for I've had a DL there before, and turned it in over here in Texas when I kept Texas as primary. It should be easy enough to get an ID for Louisiana knowing that but what good does it do if I cannot make it that far. It literally killed me to drive to Houston to find myself DENIED care as I was.

The nurse from the physician's office told me she spoke with the Monster two times and the Monster got all the referrals who now of course won't schedule me.

I never thought I would be getting online asking strangers where to find a dr.. But, everyone else has turned on us, our physicians, our government, etc. At least most of us have something in common. We have to stick together, no-one else has our backs.. I live in Central Kentucky, I have had and been treated for chronic pain since late 90's, I have all my records (copies of diagnostics, scans (proving my dx's), all my meds in past, all my labs, drug panels, everything.. I am perm. total disabled, I have had 2 failed back surgerys, 1 cervical fusion, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, severe chronic osteoarthritis(I have osteoarthritis in almost every joint in my body neck & back(facet joints), hips, both knees, both shoulders/elbows, hands, feet, I even have it in my jaw joints), I have hip dysplagia, have had total right hip replacement, RSDS, TMJ, bilat carpal tunnel, herniated & ruptured discs at L2-S1 and C3-C6 w/some nerve impingement/damage, neuropathy, fibromyalgia, migraines, plantar fascitis, GERD, irritable bowel syndrome... I would just ask if anyone has any recommendations for a good pain spec. who is willing to help people. I will travel if I need to, I cannot drive far, but I can get where I can get help. Please.. Any ideas.. I know new drs start low dose and nothing is a guarantee until seen, but any hopeful ideas or recommends would be a blessing.

P450, did you say that the dr in California wasn't allowed to treat patient any longer from out of state due to new Calif laws? The reason I'm asking is because I read something from a man in another state that still travels to see that dr to treat his chronic severe pain in a post that he did in the past week. I know it is the same dr and the man is on high doses of opiates.

Chronic Migraneur, if you don't plan on letting the dr know you are recording be sure and check your state laws regarding permission. Some states will allow you to record without the other parties knowledge and some won't. It all depends on the dr. Even with the jc certification that is no guarantee that they will overlook breaking the contract. You may want to read the pain contract again, I'm sure you got a copy for your records when you signed it. If the contacts specifically says another dr, that may be something you can work with. But if it say something like you agree to not have obtain a prescription for pain meds from anyone but Dr. X, that can be different. I'm thinking that since the dr is willing to see you that he may be willing to take you back as a patient. But if he does, I don't think it is something he will do again. And it is something that most drs won't do period.

BL. I didn't ask for opiates. I disclosed I was on them for migraines. Not round the clock coverage. Dentist Rx'd opiates to treat Dental pain after serious work. Even though it's illogical & unjust for a neuro to have ANY say over dental or other treatment unless he himself intends to involve himself in dental expertise, I informed him immediately. Finally heard back from his office that he'll see me Tuesday. I'm gearing up with the Joint Commission's new Speak Up! about pain patient guides, Indiana "doctor shopping" guidelines, which I don't fall into, other research, a tape recorder, and a patient advocate, also under Joint Commission guidelines (the practice is Joint Commission certified, so I will be reporting everything). Terrifying, but my world is at stake. If I can't work, I lose apt. & live with dad an hour & a half away from sons. So, I have to face his stonefaced, serious candidacy for the blog about sadisticdoctors ... depending how it plays out.

Can u tell me any Dr who prescribes pain medication in Greene Sullivan or Knox county indiana

Chronic Migraneur, you signed a pain contract agreeing that you wouldn't accept pain meds from any dr but him. Breaking a pain contract can be very serious because often it is very difficult to find anoiher dr to take you, if you can find one at all. They almost always want to get a copy of your medical records from your last dr and you breaking the pain contract will be in there.

Bad news, drove all the way to Houston and the f***** would not see me now cause I also have Medicare. He apparently is in trouble with them which is not my problem.

Further don't tell any of them off the fusion site if you do, just sign up for cash if you can submit on your own.

Now I'm unable to get in without dying to anyone but maybe the store front.

Hope God is watching me, this is way bad.

Can Anyone point me in the right direction as to finding compassionate GPs or Neuros or PM Drs. in the Indianapolis area? My Neuro's been treating me for Migraines for 5 years--tons of triptans + 2 10/325 hydrocodones a day (down from my decade of twice that prior to his God complex)--and he's gone silent on me, though CVS says he won't prescribe anymore because--even though I immediately informed him that I have a tooth I may lose & my Dentist Rx'd a small amount of 5/325s, unasked for, for the pain that bloomed after her substantial work on/around the tooth. Going to a new PCP next week--no idea if she'll help in interim or refer me to anyone who will. Whenever my chronic migraines aren't treated, I lose functionality. 3 sons to care for & I must find work, too. Names? Practice groups? Resources to find docs who care & aren't DEA brainwashed? Any help appreciated. Avoid Dr. Bustion in Carmel, IN. And Dr. Julian Sargon-Ungar in Rennsalear, IN. And MAPS Pain Clinics in Minneapolis. I can tell you that much.

What are your issues for pain? Did you lose a physician? I am going to be seeing this doctor tomorrow and pray he prescribes. It's 10 months now. Give some information.
