Chris, BL,

I put aside a percentage for a very long time 5 years due to Dr. F's instructions.

So as you put aside what about expiration. Every few months you check what you put aside. This has kept me alive 10 months HOUSEBOUND and suffering.

So if you did take an old prescription you must have it with you meaning the bottle and some pills do not tell me you do not for then it's not yours ok. I need to see the prescription and then it is certainly legal. That means bring the bottle with you.

Why would any legitimate patient or legitimate physician writing this medication be a problem. They would not unless history came before you as in....

The QUACK which has been thrown out from the court the VOMIT INDUCING murderer which I need a malpractice attorney for and let's not wait people until I am dead here someone who handles DC, Virginia, Maryland. I need this now I have grounds for multiple counts of malpractice. The Judge stated on her ORDER he was not a treating physician better yet 3 months after Dr. F. signs discharge the c**** who works for the employer the pre murderer runs after Dr. F. telling him she needs referrals in a state 1,500 miles ONE WAY and gives him the names of 3 addiction doctors. She then refuses me any physician and pulls the ER s*** which we all know under Odumma means no help for chronic pain go to GP and out the door.

She then lies to myself and fiance who was on bridge call and as of tonight I am done with him I've dumped 3 other husbands one of which I married two times and I don't need marriage I need out of my f***ing misery. Dr. F. has won the top f*** it up award for this for he himself states that 'she is the most rare and legitimate pain patient I've ever treated she can die at any time' yet publishes s*** all over the net that if a legitimate pain patient goes to a QUACK they will never get in to a good physician again so you people jumping SUBOXONE better be real addicts who want to be ripped off by QUACKS who get 40% profit off the SUBOXONE they sell you in their office they are rip offs.

Why would anyone from Alabama which has pain doctors and regulars writing narcotics on every corner go to California give me a f***ing break. That is the first one I heard of anyone who has to leave Alabama that is like the Wizard of Oz with poppy everywhere is a psycho b****. Why goes to someone who will not cure you who has retired two times and is angry all the time they all cower when he rips off and goes screaming all over the place including his two pharmacies I HAVE NEVER been treated this way but they all know he will go up and down like a yo yo and sorry Dr. H. taught us to be empowered not degraded. You will have to stay in a hotel for two days maybe two weeks and bring family members which is costly. I could not afford this after 20 years of the comp f***ers not paying a dime in mileage and he did not like this BUT WHO COMES TO HIM only the rich and famous or do those in true need come. It bothers me that anyone from Alabama which is the land of honey would go to California WHERE YOU WILL HAVE TO GET GENERIC, and the narcotics pharmacies may shut down 1 to 2 weeks out of the month as soon as they run out. They are allowed only one wholesaler and due to now Governor Brown the amount allowed per pharmacy is minute and generic.. So then you got the good ole boy writing you compounded oxycodone solution funny how compounded does not work it just does not work people so it always made me wonder when the local pharmacy is mixing up your brew why it leaves you with shakes, and you just sigh and hope in another 5 months your favorite generic is available..

He cannot accept Medicare and never will be allowed to again. Meaning if you go to him and depend on part D for medications IT WILL NOT WORK. He had a whole slew of patients get beat down several years ago for everyone thinks he is Gawd and so he'll bring in marvelous physicians I had one for three months that blew my socks off and he was kind consistently imagine that! Well after he gets sick of patients liking the new guys they disappear but the two he had then could do Medicare which then put patients coming to that office and not one of his other network meant either they got nothing from him or paid cash. So instead of getting them to Medicare providers like STAT which I would have done he had them on the drugs that you love to hate; they only cost pennies but Methadone for example is now researched to literally get into your bones and we know that is dangerous for bone has no blood supply or oxygen to regenerate imagine a drug that hard to kick being inside your bones when you finally half dead kick the crap and there is old school morphine BUT THESE folks wanted what they had been on with their part D such as patches, and the higher cost long acting drugs.

What would you do for the famous hah really, not me.

The famous fell to the most pathetic murderers on earth and I the perfect patient with the most legitimate and rare this and that was allowed to suffer and am still on the highway to hell with him attached to my rudder for you never shake him off it just won't happen.

The other night when telling these freaks that the Duragesic prescription itself is a medical record, that it is a shame they LIED to Dr. F by either telling him they would not pay the high cost of my medications or would LIMIT that he should have listened to me years ago when I went to court to WIN him when the other doctor of 10 years died. THEY HATED HIM and just 11 months ago THEY LOVE HIM and his ego loves it he should have read my first court documents showing that I WON HIM and the rest. But no there were months when suddenly no medications were shipped and the employer was holding my card up which they are doing now. The workers comp regulations in every state are different but in this state I know what they are and what they cannot do.

There was someone in my car leaving notes, odd phone calls anonymous telling me my life was in danger before I took the plane was reversed on my opioids leading to the vomiting where the driver was told to dump me like trash. They moved a couple in my secure apartments right down stairs. When the court ORDER came in August to my FAVOR they moved out within just a month. People who live here do not live here for only a month, it's unheard of. Threats and more threats the calls were from someone official and I NEVER SHOULD have flown out it was a joke. Not only did I REVERSE any paperwork signed via fax but within days of this when I LIVED and had the informal phone conference with the Deputy Commissioner a Judge in this state and the Attorney General I made it clear specific to what occurred.

The Attorney General represents this hospital on the state level but the hospital is now private I was injured when it was still state owned so I am just as state as the employer the dumb d***head. He got pissed off at one point and replied by letter stating, 'this is not about criminal actions the employer may have taken which Ms. P450 seems to repeatedly state...' Tell me this any of you for him to even state that shows that all I tell you is true and if so the Attorney General is supposed to stand for LAW and ORDER in any state but this jerk is acknowledging the employer is breaking the law.

I will need at the worst to ask J and J for financial assistance it is now almost a YEAR these dip****s are NOT paying my lifetime medical award. I do not have part D and was not going to get it until settlement for I do need brand and had the award. BL yes I am picking it up but for what I will need and several months till 2016 death would occur first.

Those are my last words for now I thought Dr. Joey could potentially do a visit with me and write at least for the emergent time we have been chatting back and forth. He also had several friends but now the little piece of green cheese called adjuster red haired fairy straight out of diapers calling himself SENIOR whatever he is NOT EVER which is worse then whatever I am sure illegally sent the QUACK report which the Judge stated he is not treating physician and Dr. F was discharged months before he has no say in any state to the good physicians lined up in Houston. Yep they are at best allowed to monitor a medical claim NOT interfere as they clearly did with Dr. F and clearly he fell for that.

Why no Medicare you are wondering. He apparently and I did not know this till long after I was entrenched out there in their program and needed medical care....Well he had maybe 120 storefront Methadone clinics up and down California. You could walk in and get your dose so it appears he was doing high volume ADDICTS. Well apparently they got him for double dipping he literally had NP's do only say 10 words to document for repeat visits or charges doubled oh yeh sounds real nice but I did not go there or know what was going on.

Right now I have no one to help me when I get signed into the hospital because now I feel I am going into organ failure which the *****s know for 10 days ago when the Duragesic was written my blood pressure was too high due to the pain not being treated with enough LA and yet this killer who does not realize I can have them all on criminal charges extradited to Texas for intentionally assaulting a peace officer which a RN is in this state thinks his pea sized balls are literally growing by not allowing this prescription to be filled.

P450, You should look up a good med mal atty in the state in which Dr. Evil was located. Preferably one who's handled similar cases, if such a one is even possible to find. They'll also have to have the chutzpah to go against the prevailing attitude of hostility toward pain patients that federal and state governments & agencies have created. But money is great motivation, and as the case will likely be a contingency fee case, and given the extreme nature of the malpractice and your associated costs, some attorney ought to be inclined to represent you.

Could you help me out I'm in kpt tn. I've got sle lupus along with kyosis of neck with bulging disks in lower. With fibromalia. Sorry my spelling on some words not good. But I got a primary doc who writes out fentynal and 15 mg but my body is in so much pain. I gotta do endoscopy Caz having problems swallowing. Feels like lump in throat so I'm tad scared Caz I got that barrettes esopgus along with good and they have found nodulars that their watching on lungs.... But my activity level not to much. I need a good doc who will spend time to see what's happening or a pain management to help me. I didn't know if you knew how to help get a list of somebody or pain management. Thank you

BL-True-unfortunately I was caught naïve to antics of quack-type drs. when I went to see this one so not take a recorder with me to have proof of her words & actions. Been told by a high up pharmacy board member that having a recorder is really only positive proof for these situations because my word against dr.- however not only my brother but his wife were given this information before I even told them about it & they approached me on what this dr. had said about me. I also found out when a ultra fast metabolizer has blood test they show zero many times for this reason, but only blood not U/A. Another reason this dr. apparently has no clue to this fact. When she saw hi dosage use-it seems this would all add up to my metabolic rate & therefore my blood test being zero. Her uneducated status was showing.....she should not be a pain dr. if not aware of what pain involves. I did sign the paperwork for sharing health info but it was ONLY for person(s) I wrote down & any health persons who were involved with me-NOT for my brother, sister-in-law, or anyone else. HIPPA ACT.

When asked about how make it w/o another script-(this only happened after it had been several months not with bad chatty dr.)- I tell truth that my primary gave me script which was my usual hi dosage, so I began tapering myself to level of withdrawals & overwhelming pain just so could have something till found new dr. I tapered to actually close to 1/10th of good dosage for my pain. The fact I had hi dosage to taper saved me. My old meds saved were from a 12 yr. script so not too odd that I would have saved some up in 12yrs right? Not really a credibility issue there-saved ones from all different dates so not even know if would work still. And yes of course I had bottles proving even tho they could look it up. My beef was that I was told I couldn't take my own meds saved up because DEA wants patients take "as prescribed"....so old meds are illegal now to take & can get you booted outta dr. care. The new clinic said they understood when out of meds & cannot find dr. of course you take old meds or you die from pain & withdraws but they said they feared DEA so need records verifying I not doing it. How wrong can DEA get before someone of authority sees this ridiculous rationality?? Not only are we being tortured with pain but to allow patients to die without even blink of eye. I am beyond revolted this happening in America. Praying so much for you P450-and for us all! Chris

I have a question ....this may be a stupid question yet again but I know either P450 or Chris may know better then anyone but how do you know if your like "black listed" where you cant receive pain medication from either the ER or any pain management doctor. I was discharged from my last dr cause someone stole my pills and since I couldn't prove it, I didnt think going to the police would help since the last time this happened I had a police report and my dr at the time blew it off and made me feel like I was just a drug addict. So long story short, I basically got discharged I know it would be hard to over come with finding another dr but I just don't know how to approach this. I'm so frustrated which of course isn't helping my pain. I just want to get back on track and go back to work! or even be able to clean my house without being laid up for a few days. Thanks for everyones help on here. I'm so glad people understand that NOT EVERYONE IS A DRUG ADDICT NO MATTER THEIR AGE!!

When you get on Medicaid, which you will be eligible, they will provide you pain management. Whatever state you are in that diagnosis will render you help.

I am not on line for the employer is not paying medication today. Doctor wrote that they are blocking access to medication and her pain is out of control people so you know what I am being forced to do.

I am fighting new battles today, the physician literally wrote to the adjuster her pain is uncontrolled due to this work injury of such and such date. DUE TO LACK OF ACCESS TO HER pain medications you have got to LOVE this physician I so want him to be the one.

I not only sent this to wonder boy if he is still employed. I have outlived adjusters and had 50% outed for the crap I am now dealing with and it has me wondering who wants to lead me where my fiance can go live with this a television station who will do the story. I am not up to doing it right now but I've written him in as a power of attorney.

I do believe several of the individuals from the state my claim is in are here hurting others not just me by misrepresenting who they are and what they do.

My LIFETIME MEDICAL award was never in question, that means 100% paid care.

They cannot direct a doctor or his referrals, medications, diagnostics, surgeries you name it. At best they can monitor care.

Dr. Famous likely allows himself to be so directed. Dr. H. was a GOD and when he died we as a group of people in pain throughout the country lost a great. He never for a moment caused harm to one patient, his knowledge was extraordinary and so on. He himself knew that WC had the highest suicide rate of any injury in America. This is due to WC insurers and employers degrading and pushing afflicted injured workers to a level of such DEGRADATION that suicide occurs. So say even the poor guy who strains his low back for a few months is made to feel so low that suicide occurs.

As you all know I did have the top attorney in this field in the vicinity voted the BEST lawyer for such and such. A few years later he informed me that I could handle my case in the future he knew I knew what to do. To hire him now would cost a fortune for years have passed and ultimately he'd be reviewing a room full of records.

I WIN EVERY TIME and in this case it is going up against an Attorney General's attorney.

BUT the STATE is then representing and I was a professional NURSE working in and for the STATE for the hospital was then a teaching hospital the BEST in that state. So you are fighting an employee injured legitimately catastrophically miserably for LIFE.

So the wonderful Judges which are called in Judicial law Deputy Commissioners and then if you are in the top crew who do appeal the full Commission know you are right know that your legal briefs and position statements are EXCELLENT and researched far better then the attorney AGAINST you have to AWARD.

But now the costs are increasing. This state normally contracts insurers every 5 years well in checking my file tonight I see they did not award an insurer this go round so what is the issue hmm perhaps the STATE has to pay all my costs until they do. Yep.

Someone needs to turn this over. The HS graduate of say 38 years ago for giving exact numbers only screws whoever is here trailing me, that is how low they go folks. Most of you will need an attorney for WC differs in every state and the lawyer keeps them from killing you. Trust me, will never know who I am.

Remember Dr. Famous is now swabbing everyone for this rapid metabolizer DNA I have.

Even if you are low it shows a defect and as he discovered then you likely after a trial of lower opioids need HIGHER also for if you are defective at all drugs are made for normals not us. So I'd say Dr. F has evaluated now 3,500 or greater.

You know I've talked to a couple of purported doctors here if you do not want to meet a real pain client and cover them then loan them the cash to show the system that the script written by a real f***ing doctor will be filled to show cause man most doctors I know can spit the cost of this script out as a single roll of TP.

BL would tell me in my case to get emergency Medicaid. I might just because you will all love this, a doc calls me somewhere in Texas or surrounding states to tell me yes my Medicare is good for an appt. BUT YOUR WC HAS TO PAY first praise God CMS is on these b*****s on their own. So they need to pay up, allow me to stabilize under this wonderful local guy who is getting me into a great pain guy who he only sends professionals to so we know that will be the done deal.

I am trying to confuse some of the facts, for the truth is those B*****S are murderers and did not get me but they need to understand I know now who they are and maybe I am now following them on a level greater then they will ever know. The news will have this all over if my life is threatened again. If you are a big WC injury watch they know you are cheaper dead then paying the claim over years.

They have only one option and they know it and when I am stable SETTLE the medical and we are done. Not until then.

NYC looking for pain management doctor willing to prescribe methadone. I have a crushed back , herniated discs,degenerative disc disease, along with pins ,plates,rods and whatever else in foot. My Dr. Prescribes fentanyl and loracet in addition to 50 mg I get at a clinic. I can't take the clinic anymore! I need the methadone for pain but my family lives in Pennsylvania and Georgia. I need a pain Dr who will write methadone. I ha e fidelis and will pay cash. I am in Manhattan any help would be a blessing!!!
