How's it goin Mayo. If your still looking for pain relief without judgement , then Colorado Pain Relief is for you. Staff is really cool, understanding, and don't ask 1000 questions. You see Doc, will ask what works, then that's that. I went to them after. My 5 th leg surgery and was treated like a person who needed relief and relief is what I got!! trust me and give them a call.

I am New to this thread and was told to give it a try so here goes. I am moving to Montrose, Colorado, and I need a Pain Dr. that is comfortable writing for the stronger Fentanyl meds. I have been seeing a Pain Dr. regularly for 12 years and have no problem with the monthly UA's and visits. I am also willing to drive to Grand Junction, Colorado if necessary. Please Help I am moving soon!

I've had very good treatment by the dr. S (psychiatrists-) at aurora mental health. Denver mental. Health is also good. If you don't have insurance and they take Medicaid and medicare. Sorry not in order, but I had records of a controlled. Substance, they gave me no problems oh they also have a sliding fee scale..so look up which county mental health care. If you have your dx and records for receiving. Adderral you should be ok..hope this helps , psychiatrist are more likely to rx for alprazolam Adderall. Etc

Legitanddesperate why not just move to Co its beautiful. Among other things. The options. For pain control are many however I don't think all pm docs are going to let you do both. I do know that if I a person. Has insurance then insurance. Will only pay for a u/a once a year

I am hoping to move to colorado and spend my last few remaing years not in miserable pain until the day I go fishing sit down at a tree and go to sleep. the end. Im flying out on the 19th of june and have and interview with a doctor. Im almost 60 been on methadone for 15 years as well as zoloft, xanax, blood thinners and a plethora of other meds the doc wants a 40 minute interview, I was an adrenaline junkie and busted my body up pretty bad since I was 5. Hockey, soccer, tap dancing, motorcycle wrecker, rock falling, tennis player, marathon runners for 10 years, more surgeries than I can remember, and the docs want to replace my , hips, right knee etc.........

I'm also looking for a pain management Dr in federal heights Colorado. I broke my back in 2002 and tore my rotator cuff last December as well as having a growth in my shoulder blade. My concern is I have been on the pain meds for 4 years and my DR just retired so I haven't had anything in a few weeks. I've been able to get them elsewhere but I'm also starting to look into other things which scares me. Anyone have any advise? I'm on Medicade but I'm seriously starting to panic because the pain is unbearable and I'm looking in places I shouldn't.

Moving from Florida to CO . HAVE FIFTEEN YEARS WORTH OF Pm doc records. PERSCRIBED NOW 50 mg. OF methadone long term and for eight mg dialysis. Will this be hard to find a PM doc to.match in CO?

I know this is kind of old, but Dr. Steven Wright, the best doctor EVER, has retired. He is now doing medical consulting, as well as speaking for different pharma companies, but is no longer seeing patients. :(

Hi, just wondering if anyone has found any Drs in Colorado Springs area who will prescribe more than 40 mg of methadone and also keep patients on their valiums too? I do have legitimate reasons and dr records and am willing to submit to drug panels.

RAINYDAY: You will most likely need to go to a methadone clinic. 99% of the doctors you call to try to get methadone will tell you to go to a clinic. They don't even want to TOUCH that stuff.

Where and who are these guys???...just switched providers and won't Rx...wants me to go to pain specialist!...don't know of any...on soma, hydrocodone and ambien....was with Keiser...

MERCY: Try Mountain Medical. They have two different offices and a few different doctors. Dr. Wright, who was mentioned in this thread, is now their director. It is a fairly new clinic so they do not yet take insurance. ($300 the first visit, $150 thereafter).
