I live in south jersey, I have been on methadone for almost two years and want to get off of it. I go to a doctor in Brooklynn N.Y, and it's exspensive as well as a long day of travel, gas, tolls, etc... I am also on Medicaid and No one honors this insurance. I need any help or info where to go for help in Jersey. All these doctors have no problem getting you hooked on this stuff but get you off of it?-forget it, everyone plays dumb or we don't do that. PLEASE HELP.

I would like to fill a prescription for 10mg Mallinckrodt Methadone hcl tabs in Morris County NJ, and I can't find them. Are you able to direct me to a pharmacy that carries this brand, please?

I know of a doctor that will rx you for methadone but it's going to be anywhere from $150 -$350 for first visit. This dr will use it for addiction but it must be written out for severe pain to make it legal. I would love 2 go back but can't. Reach me through my fb {edited for privacy}.

Hello. My doctor said he could no longer write the meds i needed and to find a pain management clinic for the 150 10mgs i take a month (3 in am + 2 in pm), plus the 120 30mgs i receive which is 4 a day. He gave me a 1 month supply and discharged me... Now every pain management office i called advised me to finish my remaining meds but wouldn't guarantee the doc would refill; and the first visit is over $300 and you go every 2 weeks at $195... I'm just terrified she or he wont write methadone and I'm gonna waste my time and money. I'm in central jersey if anyone knows a doc who can help me. I want to taper off methadone.

Hey Chris,
just came across your post, there are methadone clinics that basically only take medicaid, in paterson,nj and jersey city, nj.I got turned away from the Paterson clinic even tho i was paying CASH, my girl got accepted n she has medicaid.

I'm looking for a private dr that can prescribe methadone in new jersey. I'm off pills. I have a good job that requires travel so public clinics don't work.

I went to Goswami also, he only gave me 8 pills 30s. I found another dr and Goswami calls me everyday wanting me to go there. I told him I have another dr but the calls keep comin

Dr antebe is a rip off i went to him yrs ago paid cash and they give u the run around only to see a nurse practitioner in another back alley office and dosent give u anything!!!! My rheumatology doc had a list he was on it horrible doc .since then I have a great doc in West deptford awsome but it took me 2 yrs to find her dr.Moreno will listen and is compassionate.

You can go to john brooks clinic in atlantic city nj for methadone. Or a clinic in somers point nj ARS its called. Good luck, I know what its like to be sick.

Guys, I went to the Dr I thought I' he found, but it's not the case. ..his telephone team telling you that he ll prescribe u methadone and oxycodone 30 MG (that's what's I'm on) ,480 pills 10 mg methadone a month and 90 of 30 MG oxycodone ...this new dr. is telling compete opposite -that his not prescribe anything but shots and PT ... I just don't understand why his phone reps lying. ...the Dr's name that you shouldn't even try is Amit Goswami! !! U only going to loose $350 for examination just to found out that his not going to give you any spript! I was totally shocked when he told me this ! So ,I'm still looking for the dr.... I don't mind to go to NY,so please, if anyone know dr in NY who definitely going to write the script, not the shots and BS like that ...Im so desperate at this point so I will drive anywhere. .. And if I ll find dr in jersey, I will let u guys know ASAP!

Please give me any information on this doctor Alisa. Im only getting 240 10 mil and 120 percs 10mil. Cant believe that this free country of ours can just go and shut some doctors down. and not care about the welfare.the patients that need these medications and without warning.

My methadone doctor closed up with no warning im starting withdrawal and i can't find a doctor in jersey that will help me. I've been seeing him for 10years. Im in north jersey and traveled south Jersey once a month. Can someone give me a doctor who will give me methadone and not suboxone please

Hey!I I'm in the same situation. My Dr. who I've been using for 10 years is gone without any notice and all my record is gone with him... I'm really shocked, looking for another Dr in NJ... I think I found one but I'm not sure if I can get the same amount of meds... Which is 480 of 10 mg methadone and 90 of 30 mg oxycodone monthly...If u still need to find the Dr I'll let u know, my new Dr appointment is tomorrow. His also got office in NY... I will let u know what happens tomorrow!
