No Dr. Troy does not Rx any drug such as Adderral, Vyvanse, or any add/ADHD drugs. He doesn't prescribe xanax and rarely soma. He is however a nice guy who will accept medicaid and will Rx pain medication to those in need. He Does do drug panels for everything but marijuana.

There's a Dr Bernauer in lake Charles, LA... Several friends go to him for pain management. All I know is he writes meds for them. 337-474-6960. Worth a call and visit. Good luck and may the lord be with you.

To get off of drugs you could ask your dc. For ultrafast 2 times a day plus flexirul 10 mg. Two times a day. Detox tgen goes on.Make sure don't drive on flexiril until you know how it affects you. Nighty notes come early. Enjoy you will have your success.

I am amazed there is anyone in Louisiana willing to write I am in East Texas and require a physician stat; I know that is a trip but was seen in California the past 5 years (injured with intractable pain since 1998) but now they are not allowing out of staters which is killing me. This physician is he established I know the medical board in Louisiana is very rough on physicians but I think Texas is worse (2010 they changed to highly conservative) so I am also interested. Does he mind complex cases in that I've progressed to Central Pain Syndrome he being a neurologist might be good (also end stage RSD and a list of 20 others).

Hey everyone I am a P450 genetic defect and rapid metabolizer. I was seeing Dr. T out in California the past 5 years but now new regulations in California booted all the out of staters from getting help. Due to my defect I am on patches and liquid pills do not work for those with this defect. Does Dr. Troy take folks from out of state as well I am in Eastern Texas?
