Doctor Who Will Prescribe Adderall In Denver

Looking for a GP who is open to prescribing adderall for my ADHD in the Denver area?

Have you already been prescribed Adderall or is it just that you want to try it?

In most cases, due to new restrictions that have been put in place, they will want to refer you to a specialist for ongoing treatment, rather than allow you to continue receiving it from your GP.

Do you currently have a doctor that you're seeing?

Hi Verwon,
I do not have a doctor that I am currently seeing for it. It is something that I would like to discuss as an option and see if it helps but do not have mental health covered in my insurance. I heard from a few people that ADHD is mild enough where most general practitioners feel comfortable prescribing / treating it so a psych might not be necessary I I can find a GP who is open to it... It's just a matter of finding one who knows a little about the disorder to go see. Do you have any input on this? Thanks!

I take Methylphenidate & have for 15 yrs. NO PROBLEMS EVER. If you know a physician who is pro-this med please txt his name & number to {edited for privacy}. Current MD is in new practice with anti-druggies. I new this was coming. I am 65 & the meds keep me clean and sober. Thanks Rick J.

I have had a traumatic history diagnosed with ptsd. I have after that event been on xanax for 32 years. I had a ruptured appendix 11 years ago and 9 invasive surgeries. Those closest to me have seen signs of add over the years. I trialed aderall for 10 days through a close friend. It wS life changing for me. I believe I can get my life and career back with aderall. Because if my xanax usage and pain meds when needed I have been turned away. Help!!!

Frederick, once I started adderall plus Xanax I stopped drinking. Over 14 yrs. now! I moved to Denver and I can’t find a Dr. My life is going downhill. I have to give it all I’ve got not to drink . Never bothered me before. Can anyone help me. Spending money like crazy. Never did that before. Cook food for an army and I live alone. Can’t focus on important issues. Don’t want to talk on the phone yet I talk to strangers! Best Regards

I have a question I am from Alabama I’ve been on Adderall most of my young child hood in 10 years they took me off of it and I started down cleaning I’ve been trying to find a doctor that prescribed it but they just don’t understand me I’m not addicted to it it legit helps me focus I’m really going to consider returning to drugs if I cannot find my medication because I need to be able to focus and think better
