Disulfiram Manufacturer

I am a medical doctor from Poland I have been doing antabuse/Esperal(disulfiram) implants for quite a while. Since last year i could not get hold of any implants and my patients are suffering.

Can you please be so kind to let me know where i can find a manufacturer/supplier of antabuse (disulfiram) implants?

Hi, was your ad in the polish newspaper in new jersey? Nowy Dziennik? My dad needs to get it done. If we purchase the esperal, who puts the implant in?

Do you know if it's even legal to use it in the USA?? I know a doctor who has an ad in the polish paper and comes to your house and puts the implant in for around 600$. I don't think that's totally legal.
