This pill I found says west-ward 292 on it and 750 mg. What would be the best way to safely dispose of them? Found about 15 in a Ziploc bag while doing some cleaning in a house for sale. The people who lived there must have left them. It was written on the bag what they were but I don't know what to do with them.

Abiding by safe FDA disposal practices, you have 2 options...
The first would be to put them in with some undesirable substance, such as used kitty litter, or coffee grounds. Place the whole mess into a sealed container, then put it in with your regular trash. I've disposed of some, before, by putting them in a jar containing soapy water, sealing it, to let them start dissolving, then tossing it in the trash.
The second option is taking them to a nearby pharmacy and asking them to dispose of them for you. Pharmacies routinely do this and there is usually no charge involved.
