Disperzyme tablets contain: Trypsin (96 mg) + Bromelain (180 mg) + Rutoside trihydrate (200 mg). This drug is noted to be manufactured by Aksigen.
It is most commonly prescribed to help with digestive disorders.
You can view information on each ingredient by following the three links below:

I haven't been able to locate much other information regarding Disperzyme. I would suggest contacting your local pharmacy for information regarding when and how much to use.
Hope this helps!
Dear Ritu ,
This is definitively not digestive enzyme. This is a systemic enzymes and for detail you can search for REVOZYME FORTE in one topic its mode of action was discussed in length .

Hi Jackson,
It shows the following information within the link you posted:
"Bromelain extract is a mixture of PROTEIN DIGESTING ENZYMES called proteolytic enzymes or proteases and several other substances in smaller quantities."
And in the links I posted are further indications that Trypsin too is also a PROTEIN DIGESTING ENZYME:
"Trypsin is a serine protease found in the digestive system of many vertebrates, where it hydrolyses (breaks down) proteins."
The definition of "protease" is an enzyme that breaks down proteins and peptides.
So that makes 2 protein digesting enzymes, including Bromelain. As far as Rutoside is concerned, that is a glycoside; which is a molecule in which a sugar is bound to a non-carbohydrate moiety, usually a small organic molecule. Glycosides play numerous important roles in living organisms. Many plants store chemicals in the form of inactive glycosides. These can be activated by enzyme hydrolysis (breaking down enzymes), which causes the sugar part to be broken off, making the chemical available for use.
In laymen's terms, Rutoside is a catalyst for Trypsin and Bromelain to be more effective. (it binds sugar molecules to the enzymes for quicker absorption)
I hope this helps clear any confusion as to whether or not this is a digestive enzyme supplement.
Please give me information about any pharma company that can manufacture the combination of TRYPSIN+BROMELAIN+ RUTOSIDE TRIHYDRATE in india for third party
