Discontinuing The Use Of Covance 50

hello i'm 55 years old and using covance 50 for about 5 years.Is it advisable to stop the medication of covance 50 further?

Hello 1,am 56 year old using covance 50 for past 4 years .Now I discontinued the medicine for 3 months .now BP is 90-150 can I continue the medicine.Is it continue for life long.Or when I can stop the medicine.Please give details
