Diovan 160 Mg

I am taking Diovan 160 mg daily for the past 2 years and lately i have been experiencing some sort of vertigo espacially when i lie down on my bed on the left side.Can somebody on Diovan tell me if he has experienced any form of vertigo

Diovan contains the active ingredient Valsartan, it is used to treat high blood pressure.

And yes, these medications can cause this type of problem and orthostatic hypertension.

Have you consulted your doctor about this, yet? You may require a medication adjustment or a switch to a different medication.

I've been taking one in the same class and, gradually, over time, it has been lowering my blood pressure far too much and causing these same types of symptoms, so we've had to keep lowering the dosage.
