Diltiazem / Cartia / Cardizem

I was taking Diltiazem 120 24 HR. I just filled my prescription at Safeway and they gave me Cartia XT SR 24 hour 120. Is this the same?

Yes, that's just a name brand for the same medication.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
