Diltiazem 120 Mg Sr Side Effects
UpdatedI am an 81 year old female who was started on diltiazem sr 120 mg 5 days ago for SVT. I was on metoprolol 25 mg 3x a day for over a month which caused severe fatigue and breakthrough arrhythmias. Doc switched me to diltiazem SR 120 mg. I’m having tremors, way less fatigue than occurred on metoprolol, facial flushing, irregular heartbeats, increased blood pressure that subsides later in the day, and some lack of concentration. Should I soldier through taking the med and wait for the side effects to stop?
