Dilaudid Delivery

From your own experience, does anyone know which lasts the longest and works the strongest? Dilaudid 4mg pill, crushed and snorted, injected IM or IV? Thanx! Buy the way I love the honest answers from everyone, sure makes you feel like your not alone.........

IM lasts the longest, but IV works the strongest. This is based on personal experience (I have major spine problems and chronic kidney stones, so I've had my fair share of Dilaudid).
