Dilaudid Are Hard To Find

Why do doctors write a prescription for meds that you can't fill? I PAID $257.00 dollars for my script.

Hello, Tony! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're been having trouble finding your medication.

Unlike pharmacists, doctors aren't informed on medication shortages or other supply chain issues that may affect what's available.

On top of that, he has no way of knowing what pharmacy any given patient is going to use, to check with them and see what they do or do not have in stock.

The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Is there anything else I can help with?

So ridiculous, my doctor ordered it for my upcoming surgery and I've been to 5 pharmacies and none have it, I gave up.
