Dilaudid And Hydrocodone 10mg + Acetaminophen 325mg

I have severe stabbing pain in my shoulder. When the pain starts my blood pressure shoots to 220/140 with a 133 pulse. I was prescribed Hydrocodone and sometimes if I don't get a severe attack it works. If I have a big attack I have Dilaudid prescribed as well. Question: If a take a Norco and the pain increases do I need to wait the full 6 hours to take a Dilaudid; or, what's the soonest I can take it?

dont take delauded and hydrocodone together wait several hours then take 1 or the other. they are both opeads
