Dilaudid 12mg

I need these as soon as possible because I ran out a couple days ago and I;m starting to get sick.

I had a lumbar back fusion in 2008 and no one realized I had a small stroke, so after PT I was falling all the time and I also broke my tail bone on one of the falls. I am better in the morning but by 1:00 PM I am in terrible pain. After that I have to wear a brack in order to do anything. I have now been told I need the cervical and throtic spine done. My left arm and hand goes numb and my legs are also being affected. My docytor has told me the whole back has to be fixed and it scares me to death.I need another opinion so I can decide what I need to do. I need help, because I can't live like this much longer.

what is max dose 4mg dilaudid per day orally.Also, max does IV usage 4mg per day. How long between each injection. I have a very high tolorance for pain medsThank You

Methadone is a last resort. its the real king of pain controll with out the "High" problem is sparse clinics, withdraw is a MF, compared to the 6 days of flu like symptoms depending on intensity of fellow opiates. took me a year to get right off of 185mg/ dy..there were people there at 400mg/dy plus fentynl patch and 60 mg morphine.....jez thats way out of bounds just not necessary. If youre abusing it at that rate youre F***ED taper off using methadone as last resort or morphine patch would be my GUESS. good luck I feel for ya.
