I have been on Dilantin 100mg 3/day for 30 years. My level has always been in the proper range until my recent test. My recent test shows I am at 6. Always has been within the 10-20 range. I have noticed lately that I sometimes feel like a seizure is coming on. But haven't had one.
How much of an increase in dosage should I expect to have to take to get me back in range ?
I am 59 and weigh 145lbs if that matters.
I have no insurance and it is hard for me to afford regular visits to my Doctor.

Hello, Thomas! How are you? Sorry about the problem that you're having.
Is there any chance you can call your doctor to ask?
Lab work needs to be done to check your levels and see what dosage would be required.
