Dilantin 100 Mg Kapseals

Does anyone know where the original Dilantin 100 mg Kapseal , white with orange band (as opposed to the newer capsule, white and orange) is available ? I am severely allergic to dyes and am afraid to switch to newer dilantin or generic phenytoin. Thank You!

In this case, I think your best bet would be to talk to your pharmacist about it, they should be able to find something that you can take, and order it for you, if they don't already keep it in stock. Most are very accommodating when it comes to allergies.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Dilantin as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and unwanted hair growth.

What are the markings on the ones you're questioning? I can look it up for you to see if there are any dyes in it.
