Dihydrocodeine 30 Mg

I get dfs as part of treatment for internal problems, (i.e. cd, I get prescribed 30mg white, some tablets have C D H and others E54 I think, but just lately I have been receiving different markings C D A). The bottom line is have I got a cause for worry, as they are now being picked up by a friend and are now in a bottle? Any advice or info would be great. Thanks for your time.
