Although both medications are indicated for similar uses, Ebastine is also of a different drug class. And from what other reviews have said, it's is not the best choice for asthma (if this is what you had intended on using it for?).

Ebastine is a second-generation H1 receptor antagonist that is indicated for allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria. So if you've been using Odimont LC for either of these conditions, it may still turn out to be a viable alternative in the meantime.

Odimont LC contains the active ingredients montelukast (10 mg) + levocetirizine (5 mg). This combination is used for the treatment of chronic asthma, urticaria, and/or various types of allergic rhinitis.

Levocetirizine is in a class of medications called antihistamines. It works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance in the body that causes allergic symptoms.

Montelukast is in a class of medications called leukotriene receptor antagonists (LTRAs). It works by blocking the action of substances in the body that cause the symptoms of asthma and allergic rhinitis.

Have you already discussed any of this with your doctor yet? Because I don't know your medical history or anything other personal details, I would suggest doing so if you haven't already. It could be that your doctor may end up recommending something else instead, but in my opinion I think it really depends on what you use this medication for.

I hope this helps!
