No, they are not the same. Ecosprin only contains Aspirin, which is used for its blood thinning properties and heart health. But Clopilet A contains Aspirin and Clopidogrel, so it contains an additional ingredient to help prevent clotting.
The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding.

I used to be prescribed: 1. Pantop 40; 2. Deplatt A 75; 3. Rasuvas 20; 4. Met xl 50; 5. Cardiopril 2.5.
Now another doctor after 3 years prescribed: 1. Clopilet 25; 2. Promolet 25; 3. Ecosprin 75; 4. Ramipril 25; 5. Atova 40.
Will these medications work in the same manner?
