What is the difference between these 2 narcotics? Is there any benefit of one over the other?

in the usa i take percocet before playing golf only. my MRIs show bulging hips, lots of arthritis. my doc says i have the back of a high school foot ball player. in S outh i africa they don't have percocet but tramacet which works but needs to be taken 2 pills every 4-6 hours and u just can't stop it. i never even though about taking percocet if i didn't have pain and took them like an aspirin. i don't want to get addicted to tramacet
Tramacet contains the two active ingredients Acetaminophen + Tramadol; which you can take a look at by following the link below...

Percocet contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen + Oxycodone. Very similar to Tramacet. To view information on these two ingredients please follow the link below...

As you can see from the active ingredients listed above,
Tramadol and Oxycodone seem to make the difference between these two narcotics.
I personally don't believe either one has any benefit over the other, but it would all depend on how your body copes with the slight difference in each one that determines which one suits you best.
