It really depends on what works for you and only you and your doctor can judge that.

Have you had problems with the Hydrocodone?

The Oxycodone is stronger, 6.67mgs of it is equal to 10mgs of the Hydrocodone, but if the Hydrocodone works well for you, then there would really be no reason to change your medications.
