I was taking Lo Loestin and was on my second month, I got my period a few days early so my sister suggested I take the rest of my blue and just continue to a new pack without taking the 2 white or brown pills. Now its 8 days in to my new pack (3rd month) and im spotting and have cramping....what does this mean? Is this bad? Im really worried.

Irregularities in your menstrual cycle can be normal for the first 3 months when you are new to taking an oral contraceptive.

It seems your sister was trying to help you by suggesting that, in hopes that by skipping the pills that normally give you your cycle, you'd not have 2 in a row.
But these are hormonal based contraceptives and it can take a few months for your body to get used to them.
By all means, check into it, if you are really worried so you don't lose sleep over it, but if you read into the side effects, you'll see that these aren't unusual, at all.
