Does round pink pill with imprint P75 contain misoprostolol or just diclofenac? Was pescribed for arthritis diclofenac sodium delayed release but unsure if it contains misoprostolol? ## Hello, Angela! How are you? Are they good for anxiety and how often can I take them??? ## Based on my research, I don't think this medication would be beneficial for someone with anxiety. Dolo Neurobion Forte contains the following active ingredients: Diclofenac Sodium 37.5 mg Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Nitrate) 100 mg Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 5 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 100 mg / ml Diclofenac, being a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for pain and inflammation, would have no real effect on someone's ability to cope with anxiety. So other than examining the possible nutritive properties of B-vitamins, you may want to talk with your doctor or psychiatrist about other alternatives for anxiety. I have diclofenac that was prescribed 9 / 2013, is it still okay to use? ## This medication does not become dangerous, once expired, but it does start to lose effectiveness, so it may not work as well as it did, when new. Additionally, due to some of the risks associated with it, it isn't safe to double up. Thus, it would be best to dispose of the expired medication and obtain a new supply, if you still need to take it. I have been taking diclofenac for about 6 months. Had it filled at 2 different pharmacies who had different suppliers. One (Pack Pharmaceuticals) cost quite a bit more than the other (Actavis). Just curious if it is worth the extra money. Does anyone have a preference? Thanks! ## Which one worked best for you? That's what you really have to go by, since everyone is different. In theory, they are the same, but there can be some slight differences that may cause one to work better for you than another. Thus, if the more expensive one works better for you and is worth your money, then get that one.
