Now I am rubbing it on my 10th rib from a recent fall and it gives relief so I can sleep. Were can I puchase it? ## Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and Betamethasone is a steroid, as far as I know, they both require a prescription in the U.S. and Canada, due to the risk of some severe side effects they can cause. I had a prescription for Diclofenac sod EC 25 MG. It had one refill. The pill had the GG 737 on it. When the pharmacy refilled it, the pill is much smaller with a P 25.
