Have you consulted your doctor?
The proton pump inhibitors, such as the Dexlansoprazole in this, are known to cause some problematic side effects, in some people that take them.

However, if you are still having an acidity problem, you might need to try a different type of antacid, such as Pepcid, which contains the active ingredient Famotidine:
