Dexamethasone Injection 2mg

Hello, last week 12-07-16 I got a dexa shot of 2mg for URI and it helped but started to get many adverse side effects like weakness, stomach bloating, hot flashes, body ache, headache dizziness. I still feel unwell, could It be adrenal shutdown?
Please help.

Those can be normal side effects of this medication, since it is a steroid type of medicine, according to the FDA. You may also experience nausea, insomnia, nervousness, and fluid retention.

If you're worried, it never hurts to have your doctor check things out, though.

Are you on any other medications?
